About Tech Convergence

Tech Convergence is Nigerias leading digital economy gathering, convened by the Nigerian Internet Registration Association (NiRA), created to bring together stakeholders across government, industry, academia, and civil society to shape the countrys digital future.

Since its inception in 2024, the conference was established in response to a clear need: a unified space where critical conversations about Nigerias digital ecosystem could move beyond fragmented discussions and toward coordinated, actionable outcomes. From its first edition, Tech Convergence demonstrated strong national relevance, attracting hundreds of participants, expert speakers, strategic partners, and exhibitors, and producing policy aligned recommendations for key government and regulatory stakeholders.

Each edition has built on the last, expanding participation, deepening partnerships, and sharpening insights. What began as an awareness-driven initiative quickly evolved into a platform for sustained engagement and ecosystem alignment, with growing recognition that Tech Convergence is becoming a permanent fixture in Nigerias digital calendar. Now in its third edition, Tech Convergence enters a new phase focused on action.

The emphasis has shifted from convening conversations to driving measurable commitments. The goal is clear: to ensure that every discussion translates into outcomes that can be tracked, implemented, and held accountable strengthening Nigerias position in the global digital economy.
